Greetings,Last Sunday night was an amazing time. We introduced our study about the Christian faith by talking about God as the creator. Several of our students made commitments to Christ, which was an incredible experience for all of us! You can continue to pray that God will work in the lives of our students at VillageChurch, so that they can be leaders of today influencing tomorrow. There will be no student activities this Sunday due to Lake Scarolina. We are asking all students and families to come and help at this event. I am going to need all of the students to help with face painting and hair spraying. The event starts at 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon at the Village Green at Lake Carolina and last until 6 p.m. that evening. This will be a great time for the community to interact with our church and to let them know that we are here to serve them, so that they may see Christ within us. I strongly encourage everyone to make it out to this event, because without you it couldn't happen.
Also, please don't forget that Wednesday October 29 is our Halloween party at the Hughes house (1431 Heins Road Blythewood, SC 29016). Bring your own coat hanger for cooking hot dogs and s'mores. Don't get too lazy because we will be starting up Grounded again on November 2.
